BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. and on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays from 8:00 to 10:30 a.m.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Euro/MasterCard, American Express.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is from 14:00. If you intend to arrive earlier, please contact reception in advance. We kindly ask you to leave the room by 10:00 on weekdays and by 11:00 on weekends and holidays. If you need to stay longer, please ask the reception staff for later check-out time. It’s possible to extend departure time at special fee.

ENTERTAINMENT

Our reception will be happy to provide you with information about cultural events, theatre and cinema program, sport and other activities.

FIRST AID

Contact the reception desk in case of emergency.

FLOWERS

Should you wish to arrange a floral decoration in your room, or need a flower bouquet, please contact the reception, we will be happy to assist.

HOUSEKEEPING

All the rooms are being serviced daily between 7:00 and 14:30. Please feel free to contact reception in case of any special requests.

INTERNET

Internet connection is available throughout the hotel free of charge. Wi-Fi is available at the reception, in the restaurant and at the rooms.

LETTERS, PACKAGES, POSTAL SERVICE

We will be glad to organize the courier service of your choice. For more information please contact reception.

LOST AND FOUND

All items found in the rooms and public areas are registered and stored at reception for 2 months. Please contact the reception desk in case of any questions.

LUGGAGE STORAGE

You can store your luggage in the luggage storage room. Please contact reception if you need assistance.

MASSAGE

Our hotel offers relaxation massages, which need to be ordered in advance. For more information, please kindly contact reception.

NEWSPAPERS

We offer daily newspapers delivery on request, this service is charged. Complimentary newspapers to read are available at reception and in the restaurant.

ENVIRONMENT

Our hotel takes every effort to preserve the environment. We sort the waste, use environmentally friendly products, and try to save the energy. We kindly ask you to help us in our efforts by turning out the lights when you leave the room and by conserving water. We thank you for your cooperation.

TOWELS

We can improve the environment together! Let’s conserve both water and soap. If you leave used towels in the bathtub or on the floor, we will replace it with a clean one. Should you wish to continue using the same towel, please hang it on the hanger.

PARKING

We have 13 parking lots available for your disposal. • 5 parking lots in the hotel garage, daily charge is 300 CZK/night • 8 outdoor parking lots, daily charge is 150 CZK/night

PETS

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

ROOM KEY-CARD

Please return your room‘s key-card at the reception desk upon departure.

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX

Safe deposit box is located in a cabinet in your room. The hotel does not take any responsibility for items stored in the safety deposit box in the room. Instructions how to use the safe are available inside the safe. Should you need more room to store your valuables, there are other safety deposit boxes available at the reception desk.

SAUNA

You can relax in our sauna, located in the ground floor near the reception desk. Please contact reception if you wish to use it.

SECRETARY SERVICES

The reception staff is ready to assist you with copying, faxing, scanning, printing, and internet connection.

There is a range of leisure time activities available nearby the hotel. Our reception staff can help you to organize your free time to enjoy culture, sport or other activities.

RESTAURANT

At the moment, the restaurant is only used for corporate meetings, parties, celebrations and weddings. We are working hard to reopen normal operations.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

In the event of a fire alarm or emergency, please follow the evacuation map. Please kindly take your time to check the location of nearest emergency exit on the evacuation map located in your room.

  1. Leave the room immediately. Take your room key-card with you.                                                                                                                                                                2. Use the escape routes to go downstairs (the map is located on the room door).                                                                                                                              3. Do not use the elevators.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    4. Go to the evacuation point (established at the emergency exit).                                                                                                                                                                  5. Follow the instructions of the hotel staff.                                                                                                                                                                                                                             If you are not able to leave the room:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             1.
